This week it's "Sleep"
- When I can't sleep I have this set "dream" I re-enact in my head, and I carefully go through it, changing it and going back... until I drift off.
- I sleep on my tummy when it's cold, and on my back when I'm hot.
- I have a flat sheet as well as a duvet/doona... but I HATE it when it is tucked in. Feels like my feet are tied to the bed. If I ever go to a hotel with a flat sheet the first thing I do is un-tuck ALL the corners.
