I found this on Becca's site, who in turn found it on SamuraiFrog's site. Being that I am the world's best copy cat it sounded like heaps of fun and I decided to try it myself.

Cool Things I found This Week
This weeks theme is timewasters:
Here's a way of keeping your brain active without having to buy a Nintendo DS: Lipton Tea have a Brain Train site.. check it out if you have a spare hour or two..
Register at Gamehouse online games and get free game called Super collapse. I first found this game when I was in the UK, and at the time had to pay for it. I did... both in monetary terms and by losing hundreds of hours in precious time. However if this one doesn't float your boat there are plenty of others to choose from.
Need a bit of a laugh? Check out Cracked.com for heaps of stuff to while away the hours when you should be doing something far more productive... My favourite this week was The Bible tales.

Room 101
Ra Ra Skirts
So there I was, minding my own business, rifling through the thick wad of department store catalogs that have been shoved through my letterbox this week, when a flashback of frightening proportions hits my eyes, bringing back awful, nightmareish recollections of wardrobe malfunctions gone by.
Yep, the Ra Ra Skirt is back.
What the "fashion" designers seem to have forgotton is.... they never should have been made the first time around!
And just in case you need further evidence that these hideous articles need to be blitzed permanently from the planet.. here it is...

From the Universe
A question to ask yourself each morning, that really lights fires, gongs bells, and summons resources is, "What little, mortal, baby steps can I take today that will demonstrate expectancy, prepare for my dream's manifestation, and above all, place me within reach of life's magic?"
Please, ask this question, and then answer it with those little, baby steps, even when they're sometimes the same steps you took yesterday. I promise you, you'll go down in history as a giant among your kind.
It's never too late,

Over It already?
Is it wrong that I would rather watch Star Wars than watch the opening ceremony of the olympics?
If I thought something like this would be in it I might be more inclined to watch:-

From the Universe
If you can imagine it, you can have it. This is the name of the game. This is the lesson to learn.
It couldn't be any easier.
Reality is not what your eyes show your mind, but what your mind creates for your eyes to see. You are not limited by logic, the past, or the world around you. You are not even of the world around you. You are supernatural, pure spirit. You came first. Magic, miracles, and luck are the consequences of understanding this, the inevitable result of dreaming and acting in spite of appearances.
You are ever so close. Simply stay the course. It won't be very much longer.

The weekly rant..
The reason wine is sold cheap as cleanskins is that it tastes so foul that it' not worth sticking a label on, and no winery worth it's grapes would put their name to it anyway.
Think it might be ok for picking onions though....
