Why are slugs such pests? Don't they have homes to go to??????

haha.... and why are pests often slimy? Why couldn't butterflies camp in the garden instead?

Hi Carina...

In slugspeak, slime is an expression of joy at the beauty of the world.

So when a slug slimes you, that's slug for: "Ooh, I like you, you're gorgeous..."

Not that you're necessarily going to want to give the aforementioned slug your number or anything.
