Pregnant women who smoke.

I don't get on soap boxes very often, and I prefer not to force my opinions on to other people.  I detest smoking, but if you wanna go and kill yourself slowly, one cancer stick at a time, and stink while doing it, then go right on ahead.
What makes me sick to my stomach though, is women who still smoke when they are pregnant. We all know that this can seriously harm your baby.  Is this not child abuse at it's earliest form?  At the very least it must be neglect, but surely this must show a complete lack of care or concern for your unborn child.  If you can't show a bit of willpower for the sake of your chidren, then don't pro-create.
