Why do banks charge a fee on "insufficient funds" when they know there is not enough?
I think there should be a legal requirement that bank fees be renamed "Extortion".. or better still.. ban bank fees into Room 101 forever!!!!!!

I am in TOTAL agreement (from experience) here.
I mean, they already know you're short on funds, but they slam you with even more charges you are not able to cover.
These DEFINITELY belong in Room 101!
Naaaah! That would be too easy, and make too much sense! We can't have diabolical reptilian corporate entities making sense now, can we? :D
